Injection Molding Parameters:
Drying: Generally not required; if damp, dry at 60°C for 2 hours.
Injection Temp: 180°C – 240°C.
Mold Temp: 20°C – 60°C.
Injection Pressure: 50 – 100 MPa.
Processing Advice: Use a dehumidifying dryer for stability, increase mold temperature for surface quality, and control cooling to reduce internal stress and warping.
