High VA Content & Superior Performance: With a 28% VA content, it offers excellent flexibility, adhesion, and low-temperature resistance. Its high filler-loading capacity significantly reduces production costs without compromising core properties.
Stable Processing & Reliable Quality: Produced via the autoclave process, it ensures exceptional batch-to-batch stability and uniform physical properties for precision processing.
Global Compliance: Fully certified by REACH, RoHS, and UL, meeting major international environmental and safety standards for worry-free export.
Leveraging its 28% VA content and superior insulation, VC590 is widely used across Automotive, Electronics, and Packaging sectors:
Wire & Cable (Core Application): Used as a base resin for insulation layers, jacketing, and semi-conductive compounds. It maintains excellent electrical insulation and moisture resistance even when heavily loaded with fillers like calcium carbonate to lower costs.
Packaging Industry: * Protective Liners: Ideal for CNC-carved or molded inserts for electronics and precision instruments.
Hot Melt Adhesives (HMA): A key raw material for fast-curing, high-strength adhesives used in bookbinding and carton sealing.
Bonding & Composites: Facilitates bonding between plastics, metals, and fabrics, such as in automotive interior composites.
Other Fields: Used in footwear linings, industrial seals, and as a modifier resin to improve the flexibility of other plastics.
