For in-stock specifications, orders are typically loaded within 3-5 business days. For customized or bulk orders, we will provide a clear production schedule after the contract is signed to ensure goods are loaded on the scheduled shipping date.

We will initiate an investigation process promptly. If a quality deviation is confirmed, we promise to provide returns, exchanges, or financial compensation according to the terms of the contract.
